Patriot Athletic Teams Supporters BYLAWS (January 11, 2016) ARTICLE I: NAME The organization shall be known as the Patriot Athletic Teams Supporters (“PATS”). ARTICLE II: PURPOSE The purpose of PATS is to support and promote all formal team athletic activities of Patrick Henry High School (“PHHS”); to encourage and recognize high scholastic achievements, sportsmanship, and character; to contribute to the morale, spirit, and enthusiasm of the student body and the community and provide a vehicle of positive involvement by the community with PHHS.
